Processing Time Due to our sustainable production process, X collection Antwerp orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once dispatched, delivery takes up to 10 business days depending on your location. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Belgium & Benelux Orders within Belgium and the Benelux region typically arrive faster than the maximum delivery window.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
